These dinners are fixed-price menus with three or four courses.

You really did it last night. The Sea Bass was so good Carol licked the plate (I was embarrassed). Sandy's Shrimp & Scallops were outstanding, but the joy of the dinner was the Filet. It was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! All three of us couldn't rave enough.
This will be hard to beat, but we know you will try.

We knew it was going to be good, but that blew us away. Joe talked about it all night. He told me that all of these years, and all of the restaurants and dinners we have gone to that was the best meal he ever had. I couldn't help but hear all of the comments from the guests around us.
Everyone was so impressed. You should be so proud of putting out a meal like that. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
