Sophia has over 27 years of experience in the catering and restaurant
business. Sophia started her business back in 2001 as a catering company
in Mechanicsburg. She had a friend in need of help, so she decided
to guide him through opening his restaurant. Soon after she decided
to open her own bakery and sandwich stand at the Broad Street Market
in Harrisburg, PA. With only 1200 square feet of space, a rapidly
increasing clientele, catering and wholesale desserts, she made the
decision to move to a larger space and expand our hours beyond just
four days a week. This is where she calls home now at 3700 Market
Street Camp Hill, a great neighborhood bakery and Café.
